Kick Off meeting

Objectives

The main objective of this meeting was twofold; on one hand, we pursued to set our project in motion and, on the other hand, it was a great opportunity to meet each other face to face to team up.

Outcomes

The specific goals set to put in operation our project were the following: 1) Choose a coordinator per participant institution. 2) Form working groups for the different tasks that were going to be covered in this meeting. 3) Lay the foundation of the methodological and teaching guides. 4) Design the initial contents of the web page. 5) Update the timetable. 6) Distribute the financial reporting templates among the partners. 7) Present and discuss the internal agreements between the coordinating institution and the rest of the partners.
